Foundation
The ITI Foundation was established for the purpose of financing research and also to lay the foundations for continuing education.
The ITI Foundation was founded in 1988 by the two initiators of ITI, Prof. André Schroeder and Dr. h.c. Fritz Straumann. It was created to satisfy the legal requirements for an official funding body through which the ITI could award research grants and also promote continuing education.
